As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Outside Parts Sales Representative to expand our customer base and provide best-in-class service and support to fleet managers, maintenance shops, and owner-operators.

Position Summary:

As an Outside Parts Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships across your assigned territory. You'll identify new opportunities, present solutions, and deliver timely parts support that helps customers reduce downtime and keep their equipment running smoothly. This role combines sales savvy, technical understanding, and proactive customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, acting as their primary parts resource.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

· Conduct regular in-person visits to customers (fleet yards, service shops, etc.).

· Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate trailer and truck parts solutions.

· Prepare and present quotes, process orders, and follow up on deliveries and service.

· Coordinate with internal parts and service departments to ensure order fulfillment and accurate availability info.

· Stay up to date on parts catalogs, vendor offerings, and industry trends.

· Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and product training as needed.

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience in outside sales (parts sales in trucking, trailer, or automotive preferred).

· Strong knowledge of truck/trailer parts, with a mechanical aptitude and desire to learn more.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.

· Highly self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage your own schedule and priorities.

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; reliable transportation required.

· Comfortable using CRM platforms, mobile apps, and digital catalogs for sales and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience selling to fleets, maintenance departments, or independent repair shops.

· Established relationships in the trucking or logistics industry.

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
